- Returns and exchanges can only be made once per order.
- Items purchased during promotions (including discount vouchers, flash sales, or final sale items) are not eligible for return or exchange, except for manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.
- Video proof is required for all complaints.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, including return shipping and re-delivery shipping for exchanged items.
- A valid receipt/order proof must be provided.
- Returned items that are damaged, stained, perfumed, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
